Consumer Complaint

Consumers who have had a problem with a merchant in the United States are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the matter with that particular merchant. However, if this is not possible, you may request membership in CP and, if approved, go through our Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Please note, however, that other than broadcasting a defiant merchant's identity through the CP Newsletter, decisions by ADR intermediaries are not binding on any party, and cannot be used as evidence in any legal proceeding.

I further certify that I affirmatively request to be e-mailed the CP Newsletter. I understand that there is no cost for any service offered by Consumer Partners, and that this is a free service for consumers and merchants.
