However, if this is not possible, you may request membership in CP and, if approved, go through our Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Please note, however, that other than broadcasting a defiant merchant's identity through the CP Newsletter, decisions by ADR intermediaries are not binding on any party, and cannot be used as evidence in any legal proceeding.
